The Empowerment through Employment program is designed to support WHC women in establishing and achieving their personal goals.

Through the program, women are referred to a specialist employment service best suited to their circumstances. Once an ideal service has been identified, an initial meeting will be organised with the recruiter or skills-building organisation to discuss individual needs.
